Michael
Johnston
Michael is an Executive Vice President and
the Chief Financial Officer for Haven Trust
Bank, and is responsible for overseeing
the financial matters and operations of
the Bank. In this capacity he is responsible
for overseeing the financial reporting,
treasury, technology, audit and compliance,
operations, and corporate governance functions
of the Bank. Michael is a Certified Public
Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
Prior to joining the Bank, Michael spent
18 years in the public accounting profession.
Michael is a 1988 graduate of Georgia Southern
University.
