We, our, or us when used in this notice means Haven Trust Bank.

We have prepared this notice to inform you about the information we collect and how we may disclose that information to third parties. Haven Trust Bank recognizes the sensitive nature of your personal information and takes every precaution to protect your privacy and earn your trust.

When you apply for a loan or deposit account, we may collect "non-public personal information" about you. Non-public personal information is personally identifiable information about you obtained by us in connection with the processing and servicing of your loan or deposit account. Under no circumstances do we provide account or personal information to other companies for the marketing of any products or services of those companies, except under a joint marketing agreement between us and the company, and with the written agreement that our customers information will not be disclosed to anyone else without our permission.

Except as otherwise described in this Notice, we restrict access to your non-public personal information to our employees who need to know that information in order to provide account information and services to you, and to the third parties retained by Haven Trust Bank to assist us in providing services to you.
